Are Btl Mortgages Ethical?

Recommended Posts

There's an article coming out soon on this very issue in some mag - will post link when it's published.

By the way, do any of you know of any existing articles / papers that address this very question?

The ethical question is whether it is OK to have allowed a redistribution of wealth due to rampant house price inflation.

Labour have not only allowed it, but encouraged and endorsed it. They have achieved the very opposite in what they are meant to stand for.

This is why I'll never vote for them again.
