BillyShears
I remember all the discussion about newbuild flats in Leeds city centre. But I didn't get around to buying any. Have they all sold yet? Billy Shears

Guest Bart of Darkness
More new build apartments for Leeds "I think in years to come it will go down as something as iconic as the Town Hall." Yeah, right. The £225m development will be built on part of the Royal Mail site in Wellington Street. The scheme, to be called Lumiere, has been put together by Leeds developer Kevin Linfoot and the Scarborough Development Group. The taller block, 560ft high, will include 618 apartments, a health centre, an artist's studio and exhibition space and offices. The other at 370ft will have 220 apartments and offices. The development also includes shops, bars, restaurants and 356 parking spaces; and a six-storey winter garden, nestling between the two towers. This will be open to the public from 7am until 2am, being closed only for cleaning, maintenance and security. The towers will have both opaque and transparent glass, some of it in colours which are common in the locality.
