Where Is The Housing Crash?

Recommended Posts

Hi

I've been an avid reader of posts on this site for some time now. As a serviceman until last year I had no need to purchase a property - until now that is - and, like many, I'm hoping for a considerable correction in prices. I'm buoyed by certain articles in the press and deflated by others but like the sound of this one:

http://www.moneyweek.com/file/11314/where-...sing-crash.html

I'd be interested to hear any thoughts on it.

Quite sound.

Some good advice.

If you haven't bought yet don't even buy.

I'm a fan of money week. There are some very good articles. Incidentally their top tip is SILVER just dropped to $10 per ounce. They have produced some interesting fundamentals that suggest a price of up to $100 an ounce would be possible over the next few years Might be worth investing a few quid while you wait for the property market to return to normal
