Just a quick question on what i keep hearing on the radio...

Buying land without planning permission for peanuts...

Then making a fortune, once the planning permission has been granted...

unlikely to get planning permission ever....unless your planning a 20 year waiting game....

Or you are a millionaire property developer and throw a few backhanders.

look at your local councils development plans to see areas where they are going to build in next 10 years. should already be laid out.

Buy land without planning permission and then put up a garden shed. A very big one. :)
