Booming City Bonuses Send Prices Of Through The Roof

Recommended Posts

“Large City bonuses have undoubtedly boosted this late spring demand. This buying group of predominantly young, single professionals, are looking to purchase new, conveniently located and high quality homes to suit their hectic city lifestyles.”

Is it me or is the world dominated by sociopaths?

Watching the way the markets have performed in the last month or so the next lot of city bonuses might not be so large :)

Bit naughty of them that too, the info. is supposed to be embargoed until 1st thing Monday morning. Last month SNH said prices of new builds fell 3.1% in a month, not quite as dramatic this month. Their traffic appears to be way down lately, could this suggest that builders are no longer advertising as much with them? An Alexa reach of 12 for the week is poor for a site who had a price ticket of 16-21mil less than 10 months ago.
