Hate to be pedantic, but theres a huge difference between 30% of market value and 30% off market value. Either way its good..

Dammit it is 'off' just read it, big saving tho.

Auctions would be a bit more interesting if the homes sold were more frequently normal family homes. Have a look at the strange range of stuff that goes for auction round my way.
