Scooter
Er..no,on both counts. My computer skills are legendarily basic! Recommend the Grump site though;several very funny posters there. I will try it-I am certainly feeling a bit pissed off today...the government, education, terrorism, houses. just don't get me started!
sannyasin
You really are a nasty piece of work. Being accused of being a nasty piece of work by you is like being accused of being corrupt by Lord Archer.
Grime- skint wouldbe ftb
To answer the question, of course... people prefer to live among their own kind. The real question to ask is what will Britain look like in 30 years time.
Marina
Why is a thread about white flight on-topic when a thread about organizing a protest about BTL and second home owners pricing a generation out of property ownership was moved, very promptly, off-topic. See the off-topic section and see for yourselves. Is it off-topic?

Even Trevor Phillips (head of CRE) admits people are demonstratably happier amoungst their own. the chair of the Commission for Racial Equality, Trevor Phillips accepts that people are happier if they are with people like themselves. "We've done work here which shows that people, frankly, when there aren't other pressures, like to live within a comfort zone which is defined by racial sameness. And what is their own kind? Colour, culture, earning power, education, politics, race, class.... What exactly..?? Probably the more similarities the better race, nationality, language, religion, class etc
sannyasin
Solvi, if whites prefer to live with their own kind how come there is so much race mixing going on? Such that even BNP people are worried by it since it dilutes the master race gene pool.

Probably the more similarities the better race, nationality, language, religion, class etc Hence Imran Khan types (as a random example) are probably considered by most elite UK anglo-saxons to be a better to live among than (for example) your average brit.. Hence the centuries old class flight away from the common oiks.. (NOT you of course ) Got it... Thanks Edited June 10, 2006 by Wuluf

I don't think Slough, Reading, High Wycombe, etc etc etc etc are full of Imran Khan types. You can't really extrapolate the views of the English population based on what goes on in Hampstead. As for the subject of this trhead.. I imagine the parents of Mary Anne Leneghan wish perhaps that they had "flown" to the South West. Or the parents of the girl in High Wycombe who converted to Islam and married a black suicide bomebr. Their family lived very close to an Islamicised area of England, and according to the papers had been a normal healthy teenager before becoming fascinated by the alien culture on her doorstep. As for the bizarre pronouncements on here about inter-racial relationships - one of the greatest sources of humour in life is other people's disastrous choices in partners. There are plenty of guys walking around like the character from little britain married to Ting Tong from Tooting, and plenty of females who look like off-duty hookers. Long may they continue to bring laughter to these fair Isles!

I don't think it's fair of you to denigrate white people purely on this basis.
