Property has been on the market since October 2004 and not sold. So what do you think they did about it?

Well duh!!!! ... of course that's the answer ... who would want to live in a house that's only worth £399k when you can have one that's worth £425k!?! :D:blink:

I guess it's all about "Keeping Up With The Joneses"? Mind you, the only person called Jones I ever knew used to regularly wet himself in Primary School, so I always did all I could not to keep up with him in the line to assembly!

Absolute classic - so why don't they agree a price and then up it £20K to keep the buyers happy that they got an overpriced deal to show their debt wealth.
