Missing The Boat

Recommended Posts

Some friends live in rented property. Three months ago, their landlord put their house on the market for £465K (an identical property in the same road sold for 450K 6 months ago). They had five viewings within the first week and since then nothing. Our friends moved out four weeks ago. The house now lies empty and the grass is growing long.

Apparantly the agent advised the owner to set his sights a little lower but he would not budge on price. I am now waiting to see if it goes back on the rental market.

depends how long ago they bought it. If it was inheritied or already paid for then I suppose theres no rush to sell :(

It just takes one mug to pay somewhere near the asking price, then bang, hes just one the lottery
