RichM
Good EA girl Sandy and painter and dodgy surveyor Danny fell in love over the quiet summer season when nothing is selling. But when they unexpectedly discover they're now in the same agency, will they be able to rekindle their romance...? Summer MEWin' had me a blast Summer MEWin', spent cash so fast I met a girl crazy for TVs I met a boy, flushed as can be Summer days spendin' away, On uh-oh those summer flights Tell me more, tell me more, Did you buy any cars? Tell me more, tell me more, Did you install a spa? She goes to work, starts to ramp He's pretending the market's not damp I saved her life, she nearly drowned But debt's not so special, plenty around Summer sun, something's begun, They've MEWed for those summer flights Tell me more, tell me more, Was it love at first sight? Tell me more, tell me more, Did sellers put up a fight? He got friendly, holdin' my hand Well I could tell, she was well tanned He was sweet, just twenty-one Well she looked good, her boobs had been done Summer heat, boy and girl meet, But uh-oh those summer flights Tell me more, tell me more, How much dough did he spend? Tell me more, tell me more, What multiples could she lend? It turned colder, our spree had to end No more credit but we'd still be friends Then we made our true love vow Wonder what flats she's sellin' now Summer debt turns to regret, But oh, those summer flights

RichM
I have to write the musical single-handed? Not the first time RichM has had to hold the fort on his own...

Guest
Tonight has been a comforting experience, like a pair of slippers that are at least three weeks old. Strangely, Randall's story about the war in Iraq being about the dollar, and not oil made be feel better. As did fruitsie's thread about renting. And now Rich's masterpiece. Interestingly you didn't specify the tune, but I have this really catchy anthem that I just can't get out of my head.

RichM
Your story's sad to tell doom-monging ne'er-do-well Most mixed up FTB on the block Your future's so unclear now, what's left of your career now Couldn't even manage some chop-chop Estate agent drop-out, no backhand deal for you Estate agent drop-out, your targets didn't come through Well at least you could have taken time to work out how to gazump After spending all that dough to avoid giving your boss a hump Baby get moving (Better get movin) Why keep your feeble hopes alive What are you proving (What are you provin) You're blond but you've no four-wheeled drive If you go for A-levels you could leave flats to those fools Turn in your bull sh!t and go back to Vet school Estate agent dropout (estate agent dropout) Hanging by the hardware store Estate agent dropout (estate agent dropout) You should leave fittings to the bores Well they couldn't teach you anything you speak too much sense No seller would go to you unless she was dense Baby don't sweat it (Don't sweat it) You can't commit this sort of fraud Better forget it (Forget it) They must spend more than they can afford! Now your rents are cheap, your yields low but still the world is cruel Wipe off that agent's face and go back to Vet school Baby don't blow it Don't put my good advice to shame Baby you know it Only thieves can play this game Now I've called the shot, get off the block, I really gotta fly Gotta be going to that chop shop on the sky Estate agent dropout (estate agent dropout) Go back to Vet school Estate agent dropout (estate agent dropout) Go back to Vet school Estate agent dropout (estate agent dropout) Go back to Vet school
