If The Average Property Price Shot Up To £300k Tommorrow

Recommended Posts

Just say that the average price of a property in the UK shot up from £165K that it is today to say £300K tommorrow morning(i know this is not possible by the way :P .

Is there anyone else on this board that believes that a property crash would be averted for a good while, at least untill the illusionary money had disappeared.

I just want to see if anyone else is thinking on my lines, my plan over the last few years has been watching people burn themselves out financially, and then to step in when the competition is dried up, bit like the thriller in Manila(Foreman v Ali :)

If my plan is not correct i stand to loose out on many of the lifestyle predictions that i have made for myself
