Always difficult to predict.

Probably just as likely to finish up 100 points, as it is to finish down 100.

Either way I dont think its effect on the housing market will be significant in itself - however the cause for this recent market instability (fears of higher interest rates) is what we like to hear about :)

If it can break 5400 at some point in the current pattern it would signal a break of a 2 year supporting trendline.... downhill from there.
