Errrm. Was it all the ones with green text? Part exchange? I've got half a pack of Walkers salt & vinegar and a 4-port USB hub, would that do?

Expect. more. of. same.

Bit further down the page. They've just plastered blue blurb all over it. Very out of keeping with the usual feel of the website.

They probably did, I'd imagine they've been stolen. Its one of those 'popular' estates.

Great idea for a thread !!

I bet there are going to be loads on here !!

I nominate this dump.

This tiny house has just changed estate agents and has reduced a further 9K. Mind you, my mate who actually took the time to view it ( and regretted it bitterly ) said it is worth more like £170,00 to £190,000 instead of the £369,000 they were asking !!

It’s actually on a static home chav caravan site with an open sewer behind it !! The worlds gone mad !

Read more about it here. ;)

I'd like to nominate this delight for it's 5, (yes five) listings with 5 different estate agents on rightmove.

Hmmm... I have enough to meet but not enough to raise... so I gues I'll call....

It's not even been lived in!

 Ha ha Jesus, that’s got to be the winner ! £229,950 for that dump. Do you think that if you paid the asking price they would chuck the van in with the sale ?

It looks like the Dingles house !

Good find jonewer. ;)

This is the second agent this vendor has gone with and second time on the market (apparently the first chain fell through first time). I went to view as I was curious what this end of the markets standards were.

The third bedroom you couldn't fit a single bed in to and the bathroom didn't even have a full size bath (ok for small children and birds). If anyone buys it anywhere close to that price I think they are raving mad ....... but then this is London and I've been proved wrong many times over already. :o
