In an auction by Ward & Partners on the 25th May, this flat failed to sell, and is available for 55K

------------------------------------------------------------------------

144 Marine Court, St Leonard's on Sea, East Sussex

Situated to the rear of Marine Court, located on St Leonard’s sea front, and within close proximity to the town centre, St Leonard’s Warrier Square railway station and Hastings Pier, this 1 bedroom purpose built flat will certainly appeal to investors and first time buyers alike.

The accommodation comprises:

Communal hallway – stairs and lift to first floor

Hallway – door to flat

Lounge – 11’9 x 6’5, window to rear

Kitchen – small selection of wall and base units, stainless steel sink unit

Bedroom – 12’3 x 11’4, window to rear

Bathroom – Panelled bath, high flush W.C, wall mounted basin

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

houseprices.co.uk doesn't have an entry for 144 but the most recent sales in this block were number 179 which went for 110K and number 148 for 83K, both sold in January 2006.

Have just returned from a weekend in Hastings. Have been watching like a hawk for the last 2 years - asking prices are exactly the same (or maybe slightly less) than they were in June 2004.

St Marys Rd 3 bed terace still asking £135

Tackleway - still asking 200k

Flat in Robertson Tce - still asking £145

No change in 2 years.

Crash ahoy!
