Have been watching like a hawk for the last 2 years - asking prices are exactly the same (or maybe slightly less) than they were in June 2004. St Marys Rd 3 bed terace still asking £135 Tackleway - still asking 200k Flat in Robertson Tce - still asking £145 No change in 2 years. Crash ahoy!
