Situated to the rear of Marine Court, located on St Leonard’s sea front, and within close proximity to the town centre, St Leonard’s Warrier Square railway station and Hastings Pier, this 1 bedroom purpose built flat will certainly appeal to investors and first time buyers alike.

Have just returned from a weekend in Hastings. Have been watching like a hawk for the last 2 years - asking prices are exactly the same (or maybe slightly less) than they were in June 2004.

St Marys Rd 3 bed terace still asking £135

Tackleway - still asking 200k

Flat in Robertson Tce - still asking £145

No change in 2 years.

Crash ahoy!

As disillusioned has said, you have to like a good crack den to appreciate some places in Hastings and also, if this is the same one I was sent details about, it had 19 years left on lease!
