http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-109...t=buy&ep=via_sl

* Contempory & Extraordinary Style - It certainly is

* Fitted Kitchen - But it only just fitted

* Shower Room - But not much room to shower

* Chain Free - Cos nobody wants to live there, even the prat that bought it

* Approx 60' Communal Use of Rear Garden - You'll need it for a breather when you run out of air (bout 10 minutes)

* Close to BR Stations - Probably built above platform 5

* A Must See Property - If you have mental health issues.

Pic 1 looks like a H-Bomb going off.

No, that really is Weston-Super-Mud at night! :D They must have asked all the knackered old donkeys to step to one side for a minute while they took it though! ;)

Maybe that what weston-super-mud would look like if Hinckley Point went a bit Chernobyl.

Is this an actual property for sale or is it a test and if so is the £125000 being included in Rightmoves figures? :(

Brings a whole new meaning to "hot pants".

This, my friends, is the future!

:o Is that legal? I thought there was a minimum area before something could be called a dwelling.

it's 22.38 sqm (+ shower cubicle), I thought you needed 30 or 26 sqm.

Can anyone help?

I think you're confusing us for a country that has standards!

Plenty of room for bunk beds above the sink... pfff space wasters.

they should add 50k to the price and thrown in a free ferrari, park it on the roof.

There is more room in my Camper Van (and its more stylish)

:lol::lol:

Is it legal? Surely it's a fire hazard?

All i can see are some pictures of flowers and sunsets etc... Like windows backdrops?

Sorry, I meant this one. :)

OMG.....

You'd be better pitching a tent in the garden.....

I have put that one in my watch list - i really want to see if that one sells........ (for someone to buy that they will need to be on about £30k.... Would you really want that to be your home????

Also a chip pan fire would be hilarious... :) (not for the owner though)...
