Has anyone else noticed how fast the houses are moving in Bath. I have been keeping an eye on the south of Bath mainly and i can't believe it - 3 houses in my area were up for sale last month and sold this month. On bloomfield drive they are all now sold (except one which is probably very very expensive). I passed through oldfield park (studentville) and very few to let signs and lots of sold signs (compared to lots of for sale and to let signs last summer).

This revival is incredible. If there is to be a house price crash it's not happening this year....

I've noticed that too. But prices don't seem to have gone up. :)

If the demand stays then they will....
