PMSL.

At first I thought the add was refering to the house on the left, then I realised it was actually advertising what looks to be the horrible tacked on extension. Even if my first assumption had been correct it would still be a rip off. Just shows how mad things have got.

It's an 'imposing development.' In that most of the neighbours would like to see it torn down. Hey, at least it's handy for Tescos.

I'd rather live in a dog's back passage.

I used to live in Harrow, and that particular area of Harrow (unlike around the Hill) is 'chav town' - a friend of mine got mugged there about 6 months ago.

This is my favourite example yet of how insane property prices have become. Its true, its not often you get a chance to see something quite so horrible that is quite so expensive. Any better examples anyone?

What about this one just outside Brighton- the kitchen doubles as an office as long as you dont mind having no fridge or cooker! And at least the lounge fits a table & chairs - not much room for much else though! (check out the added pics for a look inside!)

I saw a program the other day promoting building an extension as a good means of increasing the value of your home.

The owner of this property is obviously a man of vision!

I'd like to shake his hand, if he manages to get that price for it anyway!

A slightly cheaper property in Birmingham. Hmmmmm, which one would you chose?

Will they do cashback? Do they provide you with a fully fitted kitchen to your choice of colour scheme? Can you buy off plan and realise huge profits before you move in? Are your neighbours moronic footballers with more money than sense?

No thought not.

:P
