paul
The prices of the properties in Bulgaria are expected to rise when Bulgaria enters the EU. So if someone wants to buy property in this country now is the moment. Foreigners are not aquainted very well with Bulgarian law and the property market that is why they will need an estate agency to guide them through the purchasing process. Such an agency is X which web site you can visit if you intend to buy property in Bulgaria X

No offence meant, but who are you? Whilst you are on, could you note down some of the difficulties of buying in Bulgaria. Are there variating regional laws, areas of potential trouble, etc etc. Thanks
Allslop & Spankher
Bulgaria may be cheap for houses, but why else would you want to live there? If its for investment only then who else would want to stay there? Sorry but in the long term even when Bulgaria join the EU, it will still be a relativly poor country, with corruption and all the things that go with it. They've been paid for. if you wanna advertise your estate agency business why don't you contact the website owners and do the decent thing? Keefter
This is classic. Become a self made millionare and buy to let in Bulgaria. Bullsh!t. Typical ah you though the game was up in the BTL market but look at this!! Bulgarian Prices are already way up in the last couple of years. Yes you can still buy a flat for £50k but 3 years ago you could have bought it for 10k if that. You'd have to be a fool to invest in property wherever it is. As for the soon-to-become EU, who cares? Slovakia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Hungary I suppose these are all good places to buy as well?

F*r f*cks sake you can still buy a property in the UK for less than £50k!!
Loftus Road
I guess it's called capitalism but it makes me feel somewhat despondent when I see people trying to take make a buck out of poor countries. People get priced out here and I guess the ignorant investors are getting caught out. Now they're trying their luck abroad.

Good luck trying to get any comeback if somebody rips you off in Bulgaria.
