Signs Of Impending Doom

Changing estate agent and lowering price...

Two houses near me - one went up for sale for 130k and the other a bit after for 99k. They're attached semis

The 99k one has sold - will confirm when price appears on house price sites)

But the dearer one has switched agents and is now on for 114k.

(more pics - its an empty neutral beige box)

For me this is a sure sign that the market is changing.

Also another near me has been on for ages and has reduced the price once - yesterday a local flooring firm were there and it looks like they're redone the laminate floors (house has only been done up and never lived in so looks like the DIY'er did a botched job)

there is a house (semi detatched) opposite us that has me confused.... It has been on market for some time now (about a year???) and droped by about £10k, and switched agents a couple of times. According to rightmove it was under offer a few weeks ago, and for the last 3 weeks it has been sold STC but, nothing to suggest either on the board outside?

Also a house down a road I know at £450,000 (detached, Wilmslow, very nice area beutiful fields for rear view) has just changed vendors and dropped by £5k.
