A Head For Figures

Recommended Posts

2003.......... £320000

2006.......... £320000

Nice profit :D

To slash mortgage, pay bills, be more flexible........ And not just an average earner either.

Only one way to look at that sort of money for a roof (and a flat) over your head :(

i love how they worded that story like she was a wise lass for not blowing all her cash on designer clothes, but did the sensible thing with it and bought herself a flat.

pays 320k for it, up for sale for 320k (probably get much less)

spent 30k on it

mortgage payments and buy/sell costs ect

looks to me like she totaly blew her 70k, at least if she bought designer clothes she would have had some nice fun for it.

and they say she has a head for figures ehhhh

aye right
