"i've Dropped The Price"

Recommended Posts

A guy around the corner has had his 3 bed bungalow on the market for over 6 months with no chain. It was originally listed at £199,950.00. Its now offered at £192,000.00. The fact a similar property has just sold for £168,000.00 makes it reasonably obvious his is over priced?

The guy is looking to emigrate with a raft of wedge. Simple greed. Thankfully no one has been stupid enough to buy it.

The same type of property only a few years ago sold for around £90,000.00 when rates were lower than present.

I wonder how quick the reverse market will take? It certainly had no problems ramping away.

Mr Joe.
