Another 'new' property on my Rightmove list - originally up for sale for £299k - no takers.

Now yours for £289k

I believe that when they were new (about 2 years ago) they were £299k... i will swing by and check the house number so i can see...

Also on the same estate,

Took about 9 months to move to under offer

While the cheaper end of the market took only about 6 months to move to under offer

I've been watching prices in Waterlooville, as that is where I would like to live if i'm still working in my current job. To be honest, I think prices are static, and have been for the last year. They're are still some wishful vendors expecting far too much, but the reasonably priced property is selling.

I'm after a small detached house in the Tempest/Purbrook area - I hope to get one for around £150-160k eventually. Current prices are around £200k.
