And if you offer him that price, he'll GIVE you a Ferrari 355 Berlinetta 'worth' £50K. Sad git. Just drop the price to £280K and you'll sell the house mate. It's been on the market for 7 months; the fact that it is currently in the middle of a building site might have something to do with it. Ooh, a Ferrari. No HPC there then.
