It's 'official'! Ea's Are Not Trusted

If what they say about half the group polled making sure they are home when the EA brings someone round is true for half the population, then this must go a long way to contributing to the death of the EA, as this is a major part of their job.

I used to know someone who was house-sitting for a house on the market in a rough area. They agreed with a lazy EA to show people around for free if the house -sitter was in, to save the EA a trip.

The house- sitter used to exagerate the dodginess of the area to put off prospective buyers & avoid having to move, saying things like 'if the area was ok why did it need house-sitting?'

They were there for years
