Fastest House Sale Ever!

Recommended Posts

Got this house as part of my rightmove daily update. I always take a look at each one to familiarise myself.

Rightmove

Apparently sold STC

Given this wasn't on there at close of business yesterday, and the rightmove email came at 11:59pm then for this house to be sold at 9:13 this morning is pretty fast selling - the estate agents can only have opened about 10 days ago..

Strange for it to sell so fast given all the other houses in my area are sticking...

Another anomolie is this one:

Rightmove

It has been 'under offer' for 11 months but on Tuesday they modified the price to 725k from 750k - not very much percentage wise, but why bother?

I'm not sure about BATMAN's outfit - after all, superhero's don't wear capes... except a lot of them do, but they're impractical..

There added then taken off to boost the index, and 'appearance' of the property market.

Happens all the time! That's why Rightmove's index is flawed.
