History has proven that the Human capacity for Greed is infinite , The World is not Enough!

This is what drives the Housing boom not supply or demand just the pure evil of Estate Agents.

It will end in tears and divorces bankruptcies and lender enquiries more regulations that will be undone in time for the next boom.

How about Buy to let in Iran ?

Greed and the insatiable thirst for power, not limited to EA's but every person who can sniff its scent, while the puppet masters ,the uber wealthy, control and add to what they own.

People suck, its what we do... from the lowley unqualified to even tie a lace EA, highly qualified central bankers, to the uber rich who just absorb all money that goes near them.

Don't worry about it though you will be dead at some point anyways and everything you would of tried to achieve will be put into perspective.

Personally i recommend not thinking about it to much or else you will reach the conclusion that people just suck.

:)

Greed and wealth hoarding abounds in those we least suspect aswell.

Bob Geldof

Ben Elton

Donald Dewer (deceased) that old fashioned duffle coat wearing socialist. Upon his death he was found to have millions stashed

At least E/As and Tories let u know they like money.

One lives in hope that the greed gene can be isolated to a vestige of the human condition. Although thinking about it the establishment would probably kibosh the idea.
