I see the BBC are regurgitating this series, I remember seeing this weeks programs whilst I have been in my present home, I've only been here 10 months. But to those unaware the series is repeated, property is flying of the shelves and making big killings on resale. One of todays examples, Art Deco apartment bought for £155,500...spent £9.00 on it [new bath mat and loo brush] he was robbed....sold for £181,000 to a FTB'er, infact another FTB'er offered £186,000.............but he did the right thing and took the first offer as he had excepted it.
