Gold Is Screaming Danger

Recommended Posts

you lot will like this.... today's FT (front page, Companies & Markets)

Marc Faber, a renowned bear, says "whereas Mr Bernanke can print as much money as he likes and, therefore, support the inflated US housing and stock market, he cannot prevent US assets from declining against GOLD."

But the sheeple will no longer get my views, I am afraid. See my other post.

Why would we want to pay to hear someone say "buy gold buy gold buy gold"?

I much rather read about different companies and investments along with how to trade and analyse charts etc on GEI for free :)

Hang on a minute... FTSE now down to 5532, dow down to 11099...

Gold UP to 655 /oz.

Have we seen a detachment in Gold from stocks ?

Is this the start of the panic wealth storage phase ?

welcome back cgnao

if we go into recession and i lose my job- I would want some of my savings in gold, and away from goverment eyes- (which is what it is traditionally used for anyway- and not as a short term get rich quick medium.)

if times get hard, and the fear of interest rate rises and inflation ring true - gold is where i want to be

Is gold still screaming "Danger" ? Or has it piped down a bit now ? Shouting "mild peril", perhaps ?

I think Gold is driven by fear. When it rises it rises quickly. When it falls it falls like a brick.

There was talk yesterday about a family of Seven people in northern Sumatra, Indonesia, died from the this this month of bird flu. Fairly concerning article - if god forgive it did kick off then gold

would surely increase ?

Since that ended at the start of the year i would almost say its possible that the double top has been formed and we are on its downside now. Either way it looks like i should of bought ealier, why was i not told to think back in 2001 :lol:

With respect Riser, you don't pay for this web site. It's free.

Just because you can't be bothered buying yourself a DELL INSPIRON 6000 WIDE SCREEN laptop computer is not my fault. I don't expect you to fill my VERTICAL SCREEN SPACE with your incessant whingeing.

Webmaster: You can make the adverts up to 400 pixels WIDER before they encroach on my personal space.

PS. Gold at $650. Caressing $640.

Also, MoneyWeek is late this week. Hopefully it will be on my doorstep on saturday morning.
