If Epsom Is The Best Place To Live In The Uk...

Recommended Posts

Dear Kirsty and Phil did a wonderful program on C4 in August about how Epsom was the best place to live in the UK.

I have some friends who live there, and it's not too bad. Nice if you're into horses.

Not as nice as where I live, but then I'm a lucky guy.

But according to the HBOS housing report, prices have dropped 9% in the last year.

SE Region:

Is it because the good areas topped out first, and are now heading the slide?

Or did this duo simply get it horribly wrong?

I'm from Epsom originally and can officially vouch for the fact that it is NOT the best place to live in the UK!!

Unless you like Yeats Wine Lodge, Weatherspoons and Chavs fighting on Friday night.

Now live in Edinburgh which is MILES better.
