Bbc Website: Good House Price Average Tool

Recommended Posts

Im sure this must have been posted somewhere here before (if it has my apologies). I thought I would flag it just in case.

As an aside: Im moving to Canterbury this coming August. Im in rental land ATM, but looking to buy in a year or so (depends on how long the cyclical tendencies of the housing wave take to wash ashore on UK PLC). Anyway, I was interested to see that house prices in Canterbury have suffered a 3.6% fall in the last year. Terraced houses over a 10% fall this year alone...very nice... :P
