Upper End Flagging Or Overpriced Property

Recommended Posts

This is a little country pad I have had my eye on.

It originally came on to the market last summer for £3.85m and was featured in the Sunday Times property supplement.

It was then reduced to £3.65m, and as you can see now it is £3.3m, a drop of 14.2% from the original asking price.

I'm sure that it would be excluded in RM's dubious figures and that it can be difficult to value more individual properties but would this suggest a weakness in the upper end of the market?
