It's a key part of any asset bubble - the "human factors" driving prices up (and eventually down).

People dont want to feel left out, the outsiders, or missing out on a good thing? :unsure:

If a mantra is repeated often enough people will become brainwashed into believing it?

Always interested me the experiment in the 60s or 70s (cant remember when, where, or what it was called) but volunteers were told to electrecute (or so they thought) other participates behind a partition with increasing strengths of voltage when they were told to. Not sure what it has anything to do with psychology and houses but it interested me how people did what they were told even though they knew (or thought they were) they were inflicting pain on another human. :unsure::unsure:
