Cambridge - The Triangle (near The Station/hovis Factory)

These flats are going up so fast. My mate commented that they are probably putting them up quick so they could sell them as the market is turning. Maybe something in this?

Has anybody got any prices/spec for them?

I remember they had a launch party a month or so back. Didn't go. But I'd guess there's a sales office now you could check in at.

My guess is they'd have a hard time selling them based on other nearby new build which isn't shifting (see other posts of mine on the St Barnabus Road development).

New build in Cambridge isn't going to necessarily make you a profit even when prices are rising. Look at the figures I pulled out of nethouseprices for the Scholars Court/St Matthews Gardens development off York St http://www.housepricecrash.co.uk/forum/ind...topic=26275&hl=

Nearly half the re-sales of these properties showed a FALL in price in the period 2002 - 2005 (when prices where supposedly at peak boom).
