Wow It`s A Quiet Property News Day Today

Recommended Posts

Perhaps that explains the Express nonsense, is there is a pattern emerging given the headlines splashed over Easter re. price increases of 330%+ over 10 years? Slow property news day, get in there with some hyperbolic "puff and air"

The BoJ news overshadows everything else. IR are a major catalyst for a HPC :)

I'll tell you the news I'm waiting for this week; US home sales for March B).

I understand the Existing Home Sales numbers come out Tuesday morning US time, and the New Home Sales on Wednesday.

Anecdotals from US blogs indicate that while prices might still be slightly up year-on-year, seasonally adjusted volumes could be down badly in places like California and Florida.
