A Sad Tale From The U S Where Property Flippers Got Burned

This little Gem from the L.A. Times should make for some heart warming reading on a Sunday here in the UK. Its a story of how some property developers are getting burned by thinking they can buy and sell for a quick profit in a turning market. How much longer will we have to endure property programs in the UK when stories like this one are starting to come out? Not much longer methinks:
