music man Posted April 21, 2006 Share Posted April 21, 2006 (edited) For maybe the 10th week now we have had a full 92 pages of property in the E.D.P. It's all an time record so we know that the homes are not selling and chains are not completing. The funny thing is that homes are actually un-selling as bourne out by my visit today to a local development. The homes that were sold at the start of the year are now amazingly for sale. Oh and they've put an extra 2K on the bottom price. Everything is on track and I've enjoyed the posts on the site for sometime now. It's got to crumble from anacedotal evidence in the area and they will be building many more homes around here as well. Supply is huge and demand isn't happening as people cannot aford them. We are seeing stagnation on asking prices but sellers are getting the idea now. Everyone seems to be dropping if they want to sell.
