96k In Three Years!

Recommended Posts

Going to view a 3 bed semi in Cleethorpes tomorrow that was last purchased in Jan 03 for 96K. Its now on the market for only 192K. The EA whose doing the viewing, the MD of the company is gonna get ragged by myself to see how he can justify the 96 thousand pound increase in just three years. If this aint a bubble, can someone tell me honestly their reasons they think its not.

The house looks nice (can't do links i'm afraid), and i would consider it for £150K, but this is just plain old crazy town. Bring on the falls.

Why can't you do links? Just cut and paste the text of the link into your message. I'd like to see the property.

Yes for the post to have any validity we really need to see the details. Its easy to link. Also are you only going to view it to 'rag' the EA? If so I think we could make it into a new sport. :D
