Weird House For Sale Round My Way

Recommended Posts

Weird things up in my neck of the woods.

5 bed three story "terraced" house. For auction by order of Mortgagee. If this is the road I think it is, this is a fairly, ah, unusual looking new build development. Imagine a big line of very tall terraced houses with sloped roofs, that goes all the way down a crescent, curves around the end, and then comes back again. Though I haven't been down the road to have a closer look. I might go have a look.

The houses have two bathrooms, one on each of the second and third floors. Though, I suppose that would not be unusual for a five bed house.

The guide price seems fairly cheap for a five bed round here. £134K would be a bit cheaper than average for a 3 bed semi round that way.

And the auction company is in London? If the auction is happening down there then I presume it would be auctioned as an "investment opportunity".

Edit: Yep, these are the weird looking ones. This house is on for £160K, so perhaps the guide price of £134K for the previous one is not too far out.
