actually very interesting point!!!...given the recent housing data,not to mention allegedly strengthening services I would not be surprised to see a couple of "inflationary pressures building" caveats.

....would point to the next move being UP!!!!!!!

So Predictable!

Yep, it is isn't it.

In fact its the complete opposite of a House Price Crash, which any sane person would find quite impossible to predict in the current circumstances.

The market has been rising faster in the last 3 months than at anytime in the last 2 and a bit years. I think it may actually be catch up after a couple of relatively subdued years.

Ahh well, never mind eh !
