Been On The Market For Two Years Now

Just thought I'd have a quick look through my saved properties on rightmove and remembered this little gem.

It has "sold" once but fell through and here we are two years later, they haven't reduced the price by a penny.

Ok try that one - not that it is very exciting !

Just had a thought do you think the EA's can see how many hit's each property is getting ? If so there will be some very excited Bunny's hopping around the office on Tuesday :lol:

They can indeed. When I sold my flat last year I got a weekly report from the EA showing the numbers of web hits on my property via Rightmove.
