whenever i need some reassurances i go looking at canadian property

like 5 bedroom houses 0n 10 acres for 20k

like a 1000 acre farm for less than the price of a ex council house

soon as you get outta the canadian cities its dirt cheap, its also very very wilderness

Yeah, but try and see the potential...

Once you've built the marina and the hotel, the tennis courts, swimming pool etc., it'll be a paradise on earth.

Don't be so short-sighted. B)

So how is an island defined - from a boundaries position? If the water level rises do you have a claim on the water that now encroaches where your land was? If the water level drops, do you get free land?

It is about 200 sq m.

125 pounds a square meter is still pretty cheap compared to a one-bed flat in London.
