Nationwide Up The I R Today

Recommended Posts

Nationwide increases rates

Nationwide Building Society has announced an increase in rates on its range of fixed rate mortgages.

The two-year fixed rate mortgage will be available from 4.48 per cent, depending on the arrangement fee, the three year option will rise to 4.73 per cent and the 10-year fixed rate mortgage has increased to 4.88 per cent.

IT all began on 20th March when the big Jap banks began to turn the screws. The ripple effect begins.

Time to sell IR sensitive assetts.
