Set up a website called "housepriceboom.co.uk", so that in 5 years time when homeowners and speculator's are distraught about their huge losses in property you can offer them a beam of hope.

Tell them that property is cyclical, and that it doesn't only go down.

Then sell the site to some new internet upstart. Or get into Buy-To-Let.
