As for positive news the Firstrung team continues to search and the most positive news to emerge this week was published by the ODPM proving that house prices had dipped substantially in February. A repeat of this over the next six months would go some way to help restore parity to the market place and do more to restore the confidence and ability to re-pay than well crafted and perhaps misleading press releases.
