Rain'ard Posted April 12, 2006 Share Posted April 12, 2006 My Managing Agent Boss spoke to me the other day saying that practically all the enquiries coming into the office are from Buying to Let applicants, hardly any now from first time or other buyers. Is the age of the owner occupier coming to an end.? Are we all to be someone’s retirement pension asset ? And what about our pensions if we’ve spent all our money on rent and outgoings?
