Australian Property Market Crashes

A top European btl numptie property Guru has called the property crash down under. In an exclusive interview with the BBC, Tim Toraisetherents, speaking from his shed head office in Sweden, stated:

"It is crashing in real terms, but a soft landing is measured nominally as it is against mortgages that people decide whether it's important or not".

Tim, who successfully manages a large portfolio of exclusive property in Central London has branded talk of a house price crash in the UK as 'rhubarb'. Tim, pictured right, with his stunning wife Heike and their three beautiful children (mortgage, equity and withdrawal) at home in Sweden, pointed to Rightmove's calculation of UK house prices, which have shown an increase of 10.8% in the last month alone. Tim predicts that UK house prices will rise 45% this year.

A self made paper millionaire, Tim rose from the deprivation of inner city Sydney to become one of the world's most respected property Gurus. Tim's advice that 'there has never been a better time to buy in the UK' should be well heeded by first time buyers and investors alike. As TTRTR says, prices will always rise!
