Posting 'photos

Recommended Posts

I am trying to post a picture (photo) without avail. I keep getting this message. "The total filespace required to upload all the attached files is greater than your per post or global limit. Please reduce the number of attachments or the size of the attachments."

How do I make pic. smaller? I have saved file to my desktop (jpeg) and have tried to copy it and add it as an attachment to my post. Not working..............HELP????????????

You need to make the photo smaller. Open it up in MS Paint then goto Image->Stretch/Skew and enter 25% Horizonal and 25% Vertical for a quarter of the size. The file size should be (roughly) a quarter of what it was before!

It could be you have exceeded the 3mb personal space. Go to

my controls>Manage my attachements

and delete some of your old piccies :)

Thanks everyone for responding!
