Does Realistbear Spin A Little Too Hard?

No !!

He spins Much Too Hard !! :P

RB is a good source of links, IMHO, but do they need a thread each ? Can somebody just give him the keys to the blog ?

I like Realistbear, even though I do think he spins the titles of his threads, just a tad too much. All credit to him for digging out some useful stuff from the news feeds, though.

I agree with all this.

He does put a lot of effort into finding some interesting links.

...and he never gets flustered if I try and despin his thread titles.

.. and he's relentless... (trust me, it will take more than a poll to slow him down)

Indeed. Respect where it is due. Perhaps SurrealistRhino would have been a better choice of handle.....

Leave him alone :)

The Jedi Master has spoken :) (tongue firmly in cheek - as I know was yours CL)

But viewers of this site must question our grip on reality when so many threads are headed with such a distorted view on the news. Are we (the HPC VIs) trying to outspin the HPI VIs, or are we trying to get a handle on the real picture despite the HPI VIs ?

RealistBear is cool but also an arch spinmeister.

I personally love his/her posts as they are often where the best debates are (even if the links sometimes turn out to be a little bit less exciting or less credible than I would like).

I nearly choked on my camomile tea when someone called him/her Sur-realist Bear once. But the VIs on the opposing side are just as bad - Can any of them really point to the current housing market and say "Cest ne pas un housing bubble" and believe it?

All I can say is that I'm glad RealistBear is on the bear side.

PS. Like the new avatar Rent Boy.

Does Realistbear Spin A Little Too Hard?

thats rich coming from the biggests spinner on the site...

thats like the tumbler drier complaining to the second hand.

you spin so much you should join a funfair and work the waltzers. i can just see your grabbing hands now.

or hanging onto the greasy pole on the back of of a two teen girl dodgem car. oily hand out for the cash. short winded, short changing, short skirt viewing roustabout.

ive never seen so much enemy spin since the battle of britian.

you spin so much the sun never catches up to you to go down.

you spin so much i was thinking about building a weaving shed around you and renaming you time to raise the arwkwrights mill.

you spin more than the blankety blank contestant pedastal.

more than a bullseye board. more than an ariston number 9 seting.

the last time i saw so much collective spin was at a 1970s folk festival where the band the spinners took off in a helicopter with a candyfloss machine that was powered by a clockwork mouse wheel.
