Seriously, you could pitch a tent on it. Where else could you get a luxury tented apartment with this prestigious address for a mere £80K?

Just down the bottom of my road there's a house with a really nice garage. It's newly made from bricks. It's got a proper house-style roof, proper door at the back and a proper window. Proper concrete floor too. Double garage size, and detached from the main property. Every time I see it I can't help but think that in London the owner would probably try and convert it to a detached house.

Hmm. Double garage you say, so about 400 sq.ft.

Quick lick of magnolia paint, Magnet kitchen, stick in an Elsan loo......

And it's detached of course. Got to be worth £300-400K?

Did you notice, it is classed as a studio, so perhaps pitching a tent is what is intended?

Hmm, I wonder if you could fit a mobile home onto that spot?
